Use the "Sign In" button or profile icon located in the top right corner of your screen.

Open the menu ( icon at the top of your screen). Scroll down to the "Sign In" button.

Not Logged In

Navigate to the login page. Click "Reset Password." You will be prompted to enter your email. Information on how to set new credentials will automatically be sent to you. 

Logged In

Access password and security settings. Access these anytime from your account portal by clicking the Password & Security block.

Searching the Event Catalog

Go to the Catalog. Use the search filters to narrow events by your interests and schedule:

  • Studio: Filter by individual studios, BARNwide events, and special events.
  • Type: Filter by weekday or weekend, class vs. open studio, age requirements, and more.
  • Interests: Filter by areas of focus across studios (e.g., fiber arts, basketry).
  • Date Range: The catalog defaults to upcoming events, but you can filter by today, this month, past events, or a custom date range. A keyword search bar is also available.

Each listing in the catalog displays the event name, start date, a short description, and a pricing button. If a class is full, click the listing to join the waitlist.

Registering for an Event

Follow these steps to register for an event:

  1. Click on the event listing to view full details, including class description, policies, meeting times, instructor information, and links to BARN’s tuition assistance and cancellation policies.
  2. Select Register. A pop-up will appear prompting you to select your registration type and quantity.
  3. Confirm your registration type and select Register. Review the pre-populated contact information in the ticket form.
  4. If no changes are needed, select Go to Payment, then Confirm.
  5. Agree to the Code of Conduct and Assumption of Risk by checking the appropriate boxes, then select Pay Now.

Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation with the option to print a receipt, download your event ticket, and save the event to your calendar. Your registration will also appear in My Account under Event Tickets.

Follow these steps to purchase a new BARN membership:

  1. In the Memberships drop-down menu, select Join BARN.
  2. Select the membership type that best fits your needs.
  3. Use the drop-down arrow to choose between monthly and annual payment options.
  4. Select Add to Cart, then Check Out.
  5. Review and complete your billing information, age verification, and emergency contact details. Existing account holders should verify their information is current, then select Save Address. You will be notified if any required fields are incomplete.
  6. Select Continue to Payment.
  7. Review and agree to BARN’s Code of Conduct and Assumption of Risk Agreement, then select Pay Now.
  8. You will receive a payment confirmation and the option to print a receipt. This information is also accessible anytime in My Account.

Your My Account page provides tools to manage your membership subscription, including renewing, changing your plan, managing family members, and canceling.

Renewing Your Membership

BARN will send email reminders before your membership expires. If you have a saved payment method on file for an annual membership, your membership will renew automatically at the end of each cycle.

To renew manually, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your account and go to Memberships.
  2. Select the subscription with a status of Upcoming (shown in yellow).
  3. Select Renew from the left-hand menu. A renewal quote will be generated for your review.
  4. Review the renewal dates, billing plan, and membership type. If no changes are needed, select Accept & Pay.

Changing Your Plan

At renewal time, you can switch between monthly and annual billing. Follow the renewal steps above and update your billing preference before selecting Accept & Pay. Need to make other changes or cancel? Submit a ticket.

Managing Family Members

You can add or remove family members and contacts associated with your household membership.

  • To add a family member: Select Add a New Family Member and complete the required fields: relationship type, name, and email address.
  • To remove a family member: Select Family Members, locate the individual you wish to remove, and select the Remove button.

Canceling Your Membership

Submit a ticket to request membership cancellation.

You also have two cancellation options available under Memberships → Close Subscription:

  • Cancel Recurring Payment: Stops the automatic charge at the next renewal. Your membership remains active until the end of the current cycle, and you can still renew manually if you change your mind.
  • Cancel Subscription: Cancels your access immediately. Your account will close when the current membership and billing cycle expires.

To proceed, go to Memberships, select your current subscription, choose Close Subscription from the left-hand menu, and use the drop-down to select your reason. You will receive a confirmation ticket, which you can track under the Support Tickets section of your account. Email updates from the membership team will follow.
