Curious about the new to us, used 60-quart Hobart mixer, nicknamed Moby Jane? Join us for short 15-30 minute tutorial on basic use and safety.  

After the tutorial, we will make a large batch of bread dough. Everyone will go home with dough to bake a loaf of bread at home.

About the Instructor:  Kate McDill learned the art of bread baking from the Surrogate Hostess in the late 1970s, and continues to bake bread every 8 to 10 days. We’ll do a simple whole grain free-form bread.
