About

The range of flavors and aromas in the wide world of beer can be truly astounding! Learn techniques to find and identify what you're smelling and tasting in your glass, and create a lexicon for discussing those flavors. This class will show you how to assess beer, identify the flavors you're finding, and then create a food pairing menu that creates a memorable and dynamic dining experience.

After getting comfortable with talking and writing about the beer and the flavors you experience, you'll experiment with pairing different foods to create a beverage menu for Thanksgiving dinner.

A materials fee of $40, included in the price of the class, will cover everything you need.
