This two day workshop is an introductory class that focuses on learning and practicing the basic skills of jewelry making. You will learn sawing, filing, hammering, joining, soldering, and simple stone setting. You will have the opportunity to complete several projects suitable for adornment or gifts during this two day workshop.

Price Includes materials fee except sterling silver is extra. Students may buy sterling silver in the jewelry studio if they wish for their projects.

Instructor: Chris Stanley is a fourth generation artist/ craftsman who works in a variety of media. After working for many years as a professional model maker in both architectural and design fields, he went into education, teaching a wide variety of classes for the Art Institute of Seattle.
