This BETA class is being offered internally and requires a registration code. 

Spend a morning together, making lunch, and learning about olive oils with Jennifer Wake!  Jennifer is the owner of Lively Olive tasting bars on Bainbridge Island and Port Townsend, WA. You will work alongside Jennifer to create a fabulous meal.  On the menu are a steak marinated in espresso balsamic vinegar, roasted potatoes with milanese gremolata olive oil, and a fresh garden salad. Coffee is a natural protein tenderizer, and the espresso marinated steak is out of this world!

We will all sit down and enjoy the lunch we have prepared.

Instructor Bio Jennifer Wake:
"I have a passion for cooking and have really enjoyed getting to use all the different products that we carry in the shop. From a young age my mom taught me to cook, and it is something that I love doing. Using quality ingredients makes a real difference in cooking and I find that by using our products my love for cooking has grown. I am always thinking of something new I can do with the many different flavors of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar. We carry over 60 different flavored Extra Virgin Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegars!"
