About

Get a jump on holiday baking and learn how to make biscotti, a traditional Italian cookie most known for going so well with hot drinks like coffee, tea, hot chocolate, espresso, etc. Working with local food writer and obsessive baker Anne Willhoit, you'll make two different flavors and learn techniques for dealing with this sticky dough. And you'll package these sturdy cookies for the freezer so you'll be ready for gift giving and entertaining when that busy time arrives.

Each registered adult may bring a young person, age 4 and up, with them to participate in this very hands-on class.

Details

A $25 materials fee, included in the cost of the class, covers all the ingredients you'll need.

Class Policies

  • Ages 14 and up are welcome.
  • You must wear closed-toe shoes in the studio.
  • You must be registered (no drop-ins).
