Cookbook potluck dinners are designed to create a fun community gathering that explores a particular cookbook and gives home chefs a chance to shine and share. We'll cook from Seattle Chef Omid Roustaei’s recent book: "Bitter & Sweet: Global Flavors from An Iranian-American Kitchen."
At home, each registered person will prepare a dish from the cookbook that serves at least 6-8. Then we’ll all meet at BARN to share our creations! Drinks and serviceware provided.
