About

Cookbook potluck dinners are designed to create a fun community gathering that explores a particular cookbook and gives home chefs a chance to shine and share. This time, you get to pick your own favorite cookbook!

At home, each registered person will prepare a dish from either page 26 or 126 of their favorite cookbook. Make enough to serve at least 6-8. Then we'll all meet at BARN to share our creations.

  • Drinks and serviceware provided.
  • You must register ahead of time.
  • We'll post a list outside the Culinary Arts Studio where you can write down what you're bringing. Feel free to email Tina Chang at culinary.assist@bainbridgebarn.org with your dishes, and she can help add it to the list.
Instructor
Tina Chang

Tina grew up in the South before migrating to sunny California, but is now enjoying all the bounty that the beautiful PNW has to offer. She is a self-taught baker of all things sweet and has always loved teaching. She is now looking forward to encouraging others to find happiness in baking.
