Everything Apples!
A complete dinner menu filled with apples as you explore how to use tarts, sweet-tarts, and tart-sweets.
Join apple enthusiast Marianna Stepniewski, who grew up in an apple orchard in the lower Yakima Valley, and learn how to transform one of the world’s most versatile fruits from a simple lunchbox snack into the star of dinner. In this hands-on class, explore how to use different apples: tarts, such as Granny Smith; sweet tarts, such as Fujis and Cosmic Crisp; and a mix of tart-sweets, such as Pink Ladies, Ginger Golds, and Fujis. Balance their natural sweetness, crisp acidity, and rich textures across both savory dishes and a classic dessert.
