About

This two day workshop is designed for the beginner to experienced sewer, quilter, or book maker.

During the first day participants will learn at least 10 basic pop up techniques first in paper form, then in fabric. There are hands-on exercises to practice each technique.

Demonstrations and presentations cover basic pop up design and how to translate paper engineering to textile construction using familiar sewing and quilting materials and skills.

Participants will chose one technique to create in either paper or fabric during the second day of the workshop.

Each participant receives personal coaching and guidance.  The workshop ends with sharing projects, Question and Answer session, and resources for future work.
