About

In this exciting two-day workshop with Dawn Endean, you will “deep dive” into the shellac plate process, combining collograph shellac plates with shaped plates and collage to create multi-layered prints. This layering process allows exploration and invention building unexpectedly rich and lively results.

Details

  • No prerequisite is required.  This workshop is appropriate for both the beginning and the advanced printmaker.
  • A Materials Fee of $30 will be added to the class cost when you register which includes your first large sheet of print paper.
  • Additional print paper is available for purchase at $5/sheet.
  • Feel free to bring a meal or snacks; you can store and reheat food in the kitchenette and there is an eating area in the Commons adjacent to the Print Studio.
  • To allow our instructors time to prepare adequately, registration will close 5 days before the class date.  This practice also allows us to extend you the courtesy of notifying you of cancellation if you have already registered and the class has not reached the minimum to run.  So, register early!  Thank you for your understanding!
