About

Come into BARN and work on your glass projects during open studio. This open studio will focus on working safely with glass powder frit.

All participants in the studio will be required to wear an N95 mask or respirator for safety. You are encouraged to bring your own respirator or mask, or the studio can provide an N95 mask for you.

Prerequisites

Glass Open Studio is available to those who have taken the Glass Studio Orientation.

In addition, you must also be authorized on the specific tools or equipment you plan to use. You can gain authorization by taking a class and demonstrating competency (see upcoming glass classes), or by arranging a skills evaluation with the Glass Lead (glass.lead@bainbridgebarn.org).

Class Policies

  • All participants must register. No drop-ins please.
  • Please join the waitlist if this open studio fills and you'll be notified of an opening.
