About

In this two session class, you will create a beautiful 6-inch fused glass bowl using a fusible wafer (almost like a candy taffy substance) to express your heartfelt sentiments. It is a lovely gift for yourself or someone you love. We will first create a fusible wafer made of glue and glass powder, cut that into a design once it's dry and then fuse it onto a pre-cut clear 6-inch round shape. Learn more about fusible glass and what happens when it is fired under extremely hot temperatures.

Instructor Bio:

Donna Rodger has been a member of the BARN glass studio since September 2017. Her first class was in creating Stained glass. She has worked with fused glass for the past 2 years.
