About
Learn how to use common herbs growing in your garden, found fresh at the grocery store, and even some growing as "weeds" in your yard, to help support your body throughout cold and flu season.
You'll begin in the beautiful BARN garden, seeing, touching, smelling, tasting, and learning about the herbs thriving there, and then head inside. In the kitchen, we'll learn how to use and prepare fresh herbs for medicinal tea, as well as storing them for future consumption.
You'll leave with new knowledge of how to identify and use medicinal plants, how to identify different signs and symptoms in the body to know which herbs to use with a variety of different cold and flu symptoms, plus herbs to take home to make medicinal and delicious tea whenever you want. And of course, tasty, nourishing herbal tea will be shared by the group during Q&A.
Make an herbal tea blend to take home, as well as detailed instructions to begin your own home remedy resource manual.
With herbs in your garden, you can always have fresh, potent, and organic medicine on hand!
