About

Explore a different printmaking technique each week — from the rich textures of intaglio and the bold designs of block printing to the expressive spontaneity of monoprinting.

Through hands-on demonstrations, guided studio time and themes to help you determine the images you’ll create, you’ll learn how to create unique prints, experiment with composition and color, and develop your own visual style. Whether you’re new to printmaking or looking to refresh your skills, this class offers a welcoming, creative environment to explore the many possibilities of print as an art form.

Week four will offer the opportunity to choose from one of the skills you will have learned to create a final project of your choosing.

Details

A $15 materials fee, included in the cost of the class, covers all the materials you'll need. This includes rubber blocks, plexi for intaglio and monoprint, ink and paper.

Class Policies

Ages 14 and up are welcome.
