Wow! The kitchen has been busy...Last year was pretty amazing and holy cow, we’ve hit the ground running in 2023.

We’re booking classes into June already! Outstanding!

But…(there’s always a but), our wonderful space needs a bit of love and we’re hoping you can lend a hand with a day of cleaning.

This is a great opportunity to familiarize yourself with our space, meet some instructors and provide some organizational insight – but ultimately, it’s a way to help make this wonderful space your own.

We appreciate all the hard work you put into the kitchen throughout the year and this is a great way to honor that work.

IYKYK -- work in a kitchen, you'll never go hungry, so we’ll make sure there is plenty of food and libations. Your new kitchen lead has committed to smoking up some meats for family meal (that's you) and will bring in some very special beers from the cellar.

(ps: if we get 10+ vols Chris will smoke a whole freaking brisket)
