You will:
- Create a traditional marinade using soy sauce, Asian pear, and other key ingredients to maximize flavor and tenderness.
- Learn proper marination techniques to enhance the texture and taste of the meat.

- Make three classic banchan, the small side dishes that are so important for an authentic Korean dining experience.
