About

Bitters are a key component of classic cocktails, and have many other culinary uses. This hands-on workshop includes learning all about bitters: their history, different styles, how to select ingredients, and how to easily make them at home. You'll have a wide selection of bittering and aromatic ingredients at your disposal to create two bottles of bitters that you'll design, mix, and take home and enjoy over the holidays. Bitters make a fantastic gift for friends who are home bartenders or cooks.

The workshop includes a welcome cocktail, an introduction to bitters and how to make them, and all of the ingredients for two bottles of your own creation.
