About

Summer is the perfect time to learn how to make a sweet or savory pie, tart, or galette (a rustic one-crust pie).

You'll make a savory galette and a fresh fruit tart by taking advantage of the bounty of Pacific Northwest fruits and vegetables. And you'll go home with both!

Details

  • A $22 materials fee, included in the cost of the class, covers everything needed.
  • Registration closes July 14.
  • Bring a box or container to carry your goodies home.

Class Policies

  • Wear closed-toes shoes to class.
