About

This is an overview for BARN Office Staff of types of welding used in the welding studio.  The class will cover an introduction to three types of welding and plasma cutting.  It will include a demonstration of steel fabrication and some of the cutting tools and clamps used in steel fabrication.  Other tools will be demonstrated on an as time available basis.

The class is designed to make participants conversant with the techniques and tools used in the welding studio.

Safety and Personal Protection Equipment will be provided by BARN.

Students must wear long sleeve natural fiber clothing, closed toe shoes, no stretch fabrics.  Dress warmly, the studio may be cold.
