Kitchen Orientation.  

Come down and get the official Kitchen orientation.  Learn how to use our kitchen, Get familiar with our equipment.  Current Sanitation guidelines will be discussed as well as safety in the kitchen.  Following is a link on how to getting your food workers card online.  Its a $10.00 Test that takes about one hour.  Once you have taken your test please print and bring in to kitchen.

As of January, 2017, all classes and testing for food worker cards must be done on-line. The Kitsap Public Health District will no longer offer in-person classes. The required course and test is available at www.foodworkercard.wa.gov. Note: Other websites that appear to offer a similar card online are not valid in Washington.
