**This workshop will be live streamed via Zoom. Class is Pacific Time**

Up to this point we have focused on a large square or rectangular grid for stitching Moyouzashi Sashiko patterns. It’s time to break out of the square grid and play with new angles! Isometric grids, with 30- or 60-degree angles, make for some simply stunning Sashiko patterns. Let us show you how to build your new grids step-by-step so you can create exciting new Moyouzashi Sashiko patterns for your projects.

Prerequisite: Moyouzashi Sashiko Essentials or equivalent. Email fiber.lead@bainbridgebarn.org with questions about meeting the prerequisite.

Supplies needed: ring thimble with plate, Sashiko needle, 12-weight or Sashiko thread, 8” x 8” fabric swatch, marking pen suitable for the swatch, thread snips, graph paper, pencil, ruler.
