Learn about personal, tool, and shop safety, as well as how to use most of the basic tools for your future sheet metal projects — pattern layout, cutting, bending, shaping, and even the spot welder.

As part of this process you'll make a metal display stand to take home.

A $10 materials fee, included in the cost of the class, covers everything you'll need.

Class Policies

• Ages 14 and up are welcome.
• Eye protection is required. Safety glasses and other personal protection equipment will be available. 
• Wear natural-fiber clothing, long pants, and closed-toe shoes (natural fiber or leather). No stretch fabrics.
• Tie back long hair.
