About

Join chef Meloni Courtway in celebrating summer with perfectly timed French summer galettes. Galettes are a rustic, pan-free pie originating from France.

You'll master pâte brisée (traditional French all-butter pie dough), make a savory squash galette, and a seasonal fruit galette to take home and bake or freeze. We'll taste-test samples of our galettes made in class.

That’s three recipes in one class, and many moments of fun.

On the menu

  • Pate brisée
  • Onion and zucchini galette
  • Seasonal berry or stone fruit galette

Chef Courtway has more than 25 years of pastry experience and delights in teaching the wonders of dough.
