About

Create designs in your beads using the nerikomi technique - a process developed in Japan in which colored clay is stacked and then sliced through, revealing a cross-section pattern. It's sometimes called "neriage."

Sculpey is the brand name for a type of polymer clay that can be molded and then hardened in a conventional oven (as opposed to a kiln).

We will start simple and build to more complicated patterns and then make our projects.
