JavaScript is the programming language that powers the web and is one of the most popular and pervasive, modern coding languages available today.  

This discussion will give you more information to help decide whether or not the Fun with JavaScript - Drawing with Code class is a good fit for you. During the 45 minute session you will meet the instructor(s), see if the class level matches your experience / knowledge, view project(s) that will be undertaken and of course ask questions to clarify your class / working shop understanding.

Presenter Bio:

Ken Rothmuller has worked in the computer field (both hardware and software) for over 40 years. He was employed at both large and small companies in Silicon Valley (HP, Oracle, Adobe, Motorola, National Semiconductor, Apple early days, Network Computer and Fotiva - co-founder). 

While working, he taught after-hours courses at Stanford and University of Santa Clara. In addition, Ken was an adjunct professor at Cal Poly for six years. You can reach Ken at krothmuller@gmail.com if there are questions
