Project
Here are this month's projects.
Culinary Arts: February Teen Night is Valentine's Day! Prepare two different desserts for you to share with friends after this sweet evening together.
Fiber Arts: Cross stitch from various pre-made monster patterns, or create monsters of your own. No cross stitch or needle working experience is necessary.
Glass Arts: Create beautiful stained glass sun-catchers and expand your glass working skills.
Jewelry & Fine Metals: Make a "fidget necklace" by making a focal piece with beads and wire to go onto a cord to create a necklace. If time allows, we will also make a simple macrame bracelet in which beads are used instead of knots which allows the beads to slide on the strings.
Media: Have fun playing improv games where we work together to make up scenes on the spot from random suggestions. We will spend the evening laughing and discovering that it can be fun getting up in front of an audience of our peers.
Print & Book Arts: We will make mini pocket folders with multiple pockets and a tie closure, and accordion folders with an expandable pocket and magnet closure.
Woodworking: Choose between making a heart-shaped bandsaw box or an elegant candle holder. You will be prepping some wood, cutting shapes, drilling holes, sanding, and finishing the project.
Casual Crafts: Come create with seven different craft options. Spend your time perfecting one, sample a few, or try your hand at all seven. You are welcome to bring their own project to work on as well.
