Learn how to craft veggie enchiladas filled with vibrant vegetables and spices for a burst of Mexican flavors. Elevate your dish with a side of fresh pico de gallo!

You'll learn how to prepare your tortillas, sauté the vegetable filling, assemble it all and make the pico de gallo. 

Details

A materials fee of $30, included in the price of the class, will cover everything you need. 

Class Policies

  • Ages 14 and up are welcome.
  • You must wear closed-toe shoes to class.
  • You must be registered for the class (no drop-ins).

Elisa Laverty

Originally from the Olympic Peninsula, Elisa has been a Bainbridge Island resident for nine years. Her experience with baking and cooking started at a young age, being the oldest in a large family. Her professional experience in the food service industry has spanned the past decade and she remains passionate about cooking. A few of the places she has worked on the island are Bainbridge Bakers, Sweet Dahlia Bakers, Blackbird Bakery, and Good Egg.
