Pici, a charming pasta shape, was a favorite in my family. It is hand rolled resulting in irregular strands that give it character and charm.

Come and learn how to make an authentic and original pasta shape that requires no special tools or skills.

Instructor
Giovanni Strohmenger

Giovanni Strohmenger was born in Milano, Italy. He has traveled and lived in numerous countries since the age of 18. From an early age he has enjoyed working with his hands and making things. His professional life spans from the culinary industry to construction and jewelry making. At BARN Giovanni has found the perfect place to follow his creative passions by being active in several studios. Giovanni enjoys volunteering as a teacher in Culinary Arts and the Fiber Arts studio, where he spends the bulk of his time, when not busy in the Woodshop.
