About

Details

  • Registration is required. No drop-ins please. 
  • This is practice time.
  • Eight pounds of flat bar is included in the class/studio cost.
  • Coaching on MIG techniques is available if requested.
  • TIG coaching will be rudimentary at best – mostly limited to machine set up.
  • Use will be made of scrap and surplus materials.
  • Personal protective equipment will be provided.
  • You will be able to work on your project from 6 to 8 pm. The last half hour (8-8:30) is blocked for you to clean up your work area.
  • Wear natural-fiber clothing, long pants, closed-toe shoes (natural fiber or leather), tie back long hair, and no stretch fabrics.

Prerequisite

MIG #1 or TIG #1

Class Policies

  • Ages 14 and up are welcome.
