About

Weaving with willow bark is a construction method that produces a triple layer of material and incorporates plaiting and twining. It creates a lovely basket that offers interesting design possibilities. The variety of willow colors will enhance the design.

Details

• Registration closes Jan. 20 to allow time for material kits to be mailed.
• Cancellations must be received by Jan. 20, after which no refunds or credits will be issued.
• Please very your mailing address is correct when registering for this class.
• Your registration confirmation email will include a Zoom link. The link will be emailed to you again the day before class (Zoom times are Pacific Time).

Details

Kit fees are $70 per student and include materials plus a handout.

Students need to provide

• Corpco Micro Toothless Alligator Test Clips available on Amazon. (note-paper clips can be used as well)
• a 12-inch ruler
• sharp, fine scissors
• mini clips
• a soft measuring tape

Project

Create what is sure to be a treasured basket, measuring about 4” x 4” x 5” high.
