About

Sometimes it can be intimidating to go wine tasting — or shop for wine. Let's fix that. In this class, you will:

  • Explore how wine is made.
  • Learn the essential components of wine tasting.
  • Discuss how a wine’s geographical origin and wine label can help guide you.
  • Find new wines you might enjoy.
  • Pair wine with food.

A small snack plate is provided, but please consider eating before class.
