If you're new to creating art with wool fabric— wall hangings or quilts, for example— or you want help refining your basic skills, you're in for a treat. This recurring class is the perfect opportunity to ease into the craft alongside other beginners. Your instructor, Cleo, is a lifetime educator and quilter with a passion for making wool quilting accessible and teaching new wool quilters the techniques they need to open up their own colorful world of creative quilting.

In Cleo's classes, you'll learn:

• Easy methods for creating beautiful artwork, no sewing machine needed
• Beginner-friendly embroidery stitches
• New techniques for appliqué quilting
• How to read patterns
• And much more!

You'll also receive one-on-one guidance from Cleo, plus the encouragement that comes from being a part of a quilting community.

• Class prices vary each month based on the materials used for that month's project. See the featured class photo for an example of this month's project.
• Students who continue from month to month will learn how to assemble their wool blocks into a larger, one-of-a-kind wall hanging. 

Materials

• An $88 materials fee, included in the class cost, covers hand-dyed and felted high-grade wool and thread for October's project.
