About

Make your own simple journal on the first day, then use scrapbooking, collage, paper crafting, and mixed-media techniques to express yourself through visual journaling.

We'll introduce different themes, such as connecting with others, giving to others, being active, and challenging ourselves, each week. These are the kinds of values that have been shown to be associated with well being. You'll learn scrapbooking and paper crafting techniques, and are encouraged to bring personal items from home to incorporate into your journal pages. You'll explore how values manifest in your own life, and understand how expressing them through a creative outlet might help that exploration.

Details

A $10 materials fee, included in the price of the class, covers everything you'll need.
