About

In this sourdough beginners class, you'll learn how sourdough starter works. You'll use the discard (unfed, fermented sourdough starter, the portion removed before feeding) to make a sourdough crust pie dough. With our dough, we'll make savory and sweet hand pies.
You'll take home some starter to maintain.
