This class is designed for students who know the basics of using tools but want to further those skills under the guidance of an experienced instructor.
This class includes:
Developing a design, with limited variations of the basic table plan so your table is the height and size you want.
Creating a cut list.
Fabricating parts.
Assembling and gluing.

Open to students 14+ years who have taken Beginning Woodworking: Power Tools, or who have the instructor's permission, which you can arrange using this form. Some experience with hand tools would be a bonus.
You need to have completed Woodshop Tool Safety Checkout 1, Woodshop Tool Safety Checkout 2 and our free one-hour Orientation to the Woodshop. If you are missing any of these, please register for them before you sign up for this class.

You must wear safety glasses and closed-toe shoes, tie back long hair, and avoid loose-fitting clothing and jewelry. We recommend bringing your own safety glasses.
